We have two main packages that we offer under this service:
CBA Negotiation
Employees have a right to be unionized. As Volt Management, we encourage cordial discussions on issues that touch on the employee’s wellbeing via CBA negotiations. We have good people and market knowledge to negotiate on behalf of our customers.
Employee Welfare
We develop policies, programs and activities for our customers that foster employee development. Such may be internal to the organization or external touching on the society at large.
